Tech We Can

It’s never too early to nurture children’s aspirations or to help them develop valuable skills for the classroom and beyond. From free lesson plans and slides to films and interactive tools, the Barclays LifeSkills resources cover a variety of topics including developing core transferable skills, building aspirations and personal development for primary ages all the way through to adulthood.

Barclays LifeSkills

Schemes of Learning

Looking for somewhere to start as you support your pupils in building their aspirations? The  new Barclays LifeSkills schemes of learning offer sequenced resources across employability (from age 7) and financial education (from age 5). Designed to support educators in helping pupils build core skills like communication and career awareness, the 7–11 employability scheme helps pupils develop year-on-year through structured, flexible lessons that revisit and build upon important topics to support with year on year progression. These flexible resources can slot into existing delivery to further embed core learning in a simple and achievable way and reduce planning time.
