Schemes of Learning

Looking for somewhere to start as you support your pupils in building their aspirations? The  new Barclays LifeSkills schemes of learning offer sequenced resources across employability (from age 7) and financial education (from age 5). Designed to support educators in helping pupils build core skills like communication and career awareness, the 7–11 employability scheme helps pupils develop year-on-year through structured, flexible lessons that revisit and build upon important topics to support with year on year progression. These flexible resources can slot into existing delivery to further embed core learning in a simple and achievable way and reduce planning time.

Engineering Fairy Tales

Engineering Fairy Tales include a range of STEM stories and challenges to help primary aged children understand about the world of engineering and develop their teamwork and creative problem-solving skills.
